 Payment

All orders must be paid for using Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay via debit/credit card using the Paypal Merchant services.

We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or other Internet payments without prior agreement.

Once payment is recieved your order will be shipped via the selected delivery method choosen via the checkout process.

 Your Order

After submitting an order via our website we will send you an order acknowledgement by email confirming receipt of your order and details of the goods that you have ordered.

Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when the goods you have ordered have been despatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

We reserve the right to not to supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission.

 Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order anytime prior to despatch and up to 14 days after you receive the goods.

Please read the following in full to understand how to cancel your order otherwise your refund or product exchange may be delayed.

There are 2 ways to cancel your order:

By using the Contact Us section of the wristbandme.com website.

The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions and any other items included with it at time of sale (including free gifts). You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in its original and undamaged condition.A proof of purchase must be supplied.

We will not refund any items that have been specially made to your individual specification or personalised. Where we have made a charge for postage, this will be deducted from your refund if the goods have been despatched to you (except within the first 14 days of receiving the order)

 Faulty or Incorrectly Described Goods

In the case of defective or incorrectly described goods we shall, after you have notified us (as described above), return the goods to us and either a replacement shall be sent or a refund issued. Any postage costs, with prior agreement, shall be refunded.

All goods returned as defective will be checked and if found to have no fault will be returned to you. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received.

 Obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number

You must prior to returning any goods received obtain a Returns Authorisation number (RMA) by completing a Product Returns form. Failure to do so will result in your refund taking up to 28 days to process or the product being returned to you. Please note - Once you have been issued with a returns reference you must return the goods to us within 7 days, failure to do this will result in the returns reference being cancelled, this may then result in a delay processing your refund.
